Where are you located?

Our headquarters is located in Hangzhou, Zhejiang, China. We have two Chinese warehouses, one in Hangzhou and one in Guangzhou. Additionally, we have overseas warehouses in the United States and Europe.

Are there setup, integration, or storage fees?

No, we don't charge any setup, integration, or storage fees. However, once your store is connected to our OMS (Order Management System) and you've purchased your inventory, you need to deposit an account balance before we can start shipping orders.

What is your fee structure?

We charge a product fee and shipping fee for each order, plus a $0.5 packaging fee.

Can you source products for me?

Yes, we can source high-quality products for you at low prices. You just need to send us a link or image of the product.

Do you offer quality control?

Absolutely. We have our own quality inspection department. Our quality inspectors will randomly check each batch of goods and fill out a report with the results. We can also provide photos and videos of the quality control process.

Do you offer free storage?

Yes, we offer free storage for 90 days in our Chinese warehouses and 60 days in overseas warehouses.

Do you offer branding and customization?

Yes, we do! We have various branding and customization options available, with prices starting at less than a dollar.

Do you support product customization?

Yes, we do! We can apply a custom logo to both the product and packaging according to your requirements. We'll provide you with a quote based on your specific craftsmanship and material requirements.

Do you offer blind dropshipping?

Yes, we offer professional blind dropshipping. This means we use local tracking numbers and packaging that don't contain any Chinese characters or supplier invoices, ensuring your customers receive their orders without any indication of the original source.

Are there any products you don't ship?

Yes, we don't ship flammable or perishable products.

Can you provide a personal account manager?

Yes, we will assign you a personal account manager to assist you, keep you updated, and resolve any operational issues in a timely manner.

What is your response time?

Our customer service is available 24/7, and we respond to all types of inquiries within 30 minutes.

What is your refund policy?

We offer a full refund or replacement if:The products are severely damaged.Photos or videos proving such damage are provided within three days after the product is delivered to the end customer.

What is your reshipping policy?
